I was building another wall in the mud hut and I had built it all the way unto the top. I had finished it from the outside. It looked complete and I saw no holes in the wall. I then took the picture of the sunset tonight. The sun was not quite at sunset but still rather bright and the array of colours was dazzling. I then went back to the hut and went inside and looked at the wall. It was obvious that the sun shone through the smallest of holes, but I could only detect this whilst looking from within.
A long time ago, God decided to come within humanity and look from within, and what he saw made him groan with compassion, and because of the amount of compassion that God felt, he offered himself as a sacrifice so that He would offer salvation to all that accept, but He would also have this inner view of humanity. But He seems to have left the huge earthshaking miracles behind, and put the emphasis on working through humanity from within. Miracles still happen, but only through the direct prayers and compassion felt by these carriers of God.
What if God has limited himself so that he shall work through humanity, through the power of the Holy Spirit only. What if the phrase we are the hands and feet of God, is literally true – God is limited to working through us. What is more shocking is that if this is true, then there are many thousands of carriers of Christ, but they have forgot to go within to seek God, and have just remained outside, in the physical world, in a comfortable lifestyle so much that to go inside again and pray with is physically painful. Christ has come with and is sitting there waiting for us. It is not so much as Christ is at the door, but we have gone outside and forgot that God created this physical world and all its laws.
16 So then, because you are lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will vomit you out of My mouth. 17 Because you say, ‘I am rich, have become wealthy, and have need of nothing’—and do not know that you are wretched, miserable, poor, blind, and naked— 18 I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. 19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent. 20 Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me. 21 To him who overcomes I will grant to sit with Me on My throne, as I also overcame and sat down with My Father on His throne.
22 “He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches.”’”
It terrifies me to think that I accepted God and He is within, my body is a temple but I daily forget this and treat myself and others like cast-offs. Running around trying to get stuff done, but all the time God is within. Tonight I feel a deep need to go within to seek the light and pray. Pray for family and friends, pray for salvation for all, pray for strength to see this journey through to the joyous end.
Dear Lord, forgive me, hold the door open as I may come within to eat and drink with you.
