There are key moments in your life when many elements collide to bring about a convergence, an interlocking of elements. You are left with a choice to which direction to go and the decision to which path can have repercussions for many years to come.

There is no greater joy than when I get to tell the story of the most amazing convergence of all time. When you get to share the story of the life, death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ and deliver another seed into fertile soil so that one more person is brought into a joyful eternal life with God. That is what I live for.

The story of Jesus is so huge that in one day history converges on a lonely hill top. The past fulfilled, the present shuck to its foundations and ripped open, and the future assured by the love of one person, God.

I met a person today that was clearly seeking after God, and I shared my testimony about coming to faith and I then shared the story of Jesus.

1 Chronicles 16:11

Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his face / presence continually!

When you are constantly seeking to see the face, or presence of God then there is much reward to be had. Sharing the love of God and not the hate of mankind has always been the mission and the fields are ripe for the reaping.

We are not to seek the Lord without strength because with no strength we fail as mere humans, but with strength – that is a prayerful start and end to the days – then we are filled constantly with the Holy Spirit so that we radiate with God’s love so that it seems that we are men and women of faith without even wearing any religious symbols or attire.

The Lord’s face shows us His character and when we seek God in others, we are shown what God has done and the power and truth that are released into situations, then we realise the glory of God and should shout with joy and love.

Today I saw the face of God
with tears of joy and love
and yet the journey is not done
I must follow the call from above

Dear Lord, help us all to share our testimonies in truth and in love,
help us all to be constantly filled with the Holy Spirit so that God’s Kingdom comes.
