The sun rises for a brief moment before the rain returns.
Perhaps a brief reminder that light is needed so much in this world.
Even though the world seems crazy, the world carries on.
Sun and rain, good and evil, they seem never ending.
There seems only one thing to do in these times; pray.
“But I say to you, love your enemies and pray for those who persecute you, so that you may be sons of your Father who is in heaven; for He causes His sun to rise on the evil and the good, and sends rain on the righteous and the unrighteous.
Lord, more than ever we need hearts to turn from evil, from constant hatred to love. What a difference the world would be if everyone just loved as your Son taught us to.
