The fire blazes and it consumes everything that is placed within it. But does it?

The material that burns is reduced to ashes and the energy is released into another form. The sparks tell of the heat that is released and float away to another place. Some landed on the floor some moments away as children stamped on them to put out their light. Others went high and finally where taken by the wind.

And yet the real stars are twinkling in the sky beyond this world. Auriga shining bright and the swan just staying beyond the clouds with its leading star Deneb. But this constellation just reminds me more of Christ once again, stretched out on the cross.

The fire tonight joyfully reminded me of eternity. Our souls will carry on long after our bodies have departed to dust, but new life goes on. The flames floats off if it accepts the wind, the breath of God. Jesus is that wind, that breath of God and He guides us if we accept him, but we must set time to be with him, and once we are floating on His breath we must not struggle with His will for He is God that created everything. We look on at created fire and more fire displays, when God shows us His eternal displays of joy everyday without fail.

Daniel 6:26

26 I make a decree that in every dominion of my kingdom men must tremble and fear before the God of Daniel.

Dear God,

Fire and Ice, Sea and rock,
Stars and planets time only you stop.
You create every day anew, 
Be with us all and guide us too,
Your Holy city to life everlasting
through your Son,
where there will be no more fasting.
The Ancient of days will sit
on the throne set in place
and we will gaze upon your pure 
Loving Holy Face
A seat of pure fire to consume all and melt
all punishment as snow through his sacrifice already felt
