The flowers and plants are really starting to bloom and grow with colour every day, as the sun gradually warms the day and prepares us for the Summer ahead. Everything is beautiful in its time. How eternal is that line. Children are beautiful and wondrous in their energy, imagination and inquisitiveness. Anything we think we can create, they will out perform in their own time. The cart wheel was out shined by the rubberised wheel and so on…
But the earth itself because it is held together by God has an eternal beauty which transfixes most and makes people question that there must be a God, a creator even without the evidence and testimonies of Jesus and His disciples.
11 He has made everything beautiful in its time. Also, he has put eternity into man’s heart, yet so that he cannot find out what God has done from the beginning to the end. 12 I perceived that there is nothing better for them than to be joyful and to do good as long as they live; 13 also that everyone should eat and drink and take pleasure in all his toil—this is God’s gift to man.
It does us know good to moan and mope around, we must experience life to the full and enjoy every moment. But that doesn’t mean we don’t follow God’s call. Just because God may have called me to preach to a certain place, or bring people to God doesn’t mean I don’t do it with a glad heart. In fact because we accept every trial that God has set our way with a glad heart knowing that this is God’s will, shines our light out to others who should question where our light comes from.
Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.
Lord I give you thanks for this day and I pray that bless your people daily with peace and comfort. Help me to listen, help me to care, open up my heart to feel others pain, help me to feel motivated to act as an emissary on your behalf here on this earth.
Amen
with blessings
