It seems that ever more trees and plants are busy at work trying to get all their flowers and shoots out in time. Often overlooked this tree at other times of the year is just another tree, but at this time of year it is a beautiful example of God’s work.

There is a time and a place for each of these trees to erupt into a beautiful white and orange blossom.
2 It will blossom profusely
And rejoice with rejoicing and shout of joy.
The glory of Lebanon will be given to it,
The majesty of Carmel and Sharon.
They will see the glory of the Lord,
The majesty of our God.

Despite man’s great efforts to destroy and corrupt this world, there are still plenty of beautiful examples of God’s glorious work. You can almost feel the tree shouting for joy and singing with all it’s strength because it has been given another season of blossom from the creator.
When I look at this blossom, I often wonder how anyone would think that this world is just an accident, a freak of nature, an explosion out of nothing into these beautiful displays. How anyone could think this all could happen without a designer, a creator. God the Father, Son and Holy Spirit created and shaped this world and have set seasons on everything so that everything knows when it should change.
How can man deny God and not change?
I pray that we enter this week with joy and blessings raised to God.
I pray that we all are thankful for the quiet still moments and that we will turn to God to thank him.
I pray that we should all not turn from the work of spreading the gospel when it is set before us.
Amen
with blessings
Graham
