The Sunrise overwhelms all light. Before the sunrise you might see much colour as the sun is about to rise, this is the dawn, but when the sun does come up above the horizon then all other lights are overwhelmed.
For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
It is important to keep reminding ourselves who created everything, including all these stars and lights that we take so much joy in trying to examine and work out God did it. Just because I know through my faith that God created all, it doesn’t stop me from wondering how He did it, or wanting to watch programs that examine the scientific make up of various objects.
But it is also much more important to remember and thank God that He sent His light within our hearts, to change us, to guide us and to deliver us from this mortal state. How He did this is I think is much more important.
How did He do that?

We are told through the scriptures, that God sent His only Son to earth in the form of a fragile human boy, and through His sinless life, death, and resurrection we are now adopted children of God and must seek out our Father, through Jesus Christ with the inspiration and prayerful help of the Holy Spirit.
How amazing to think on this. How amazing to just sit down quietly, with astronomy books played all over the floor, with the bible in front and with all our amazing inventions that have been inspired by God – to think on Him and thank Him in glorious song.
I am off for a few days break with the family, but I will continue these blogs.
I Pray for the face of God, revealed in Jesus Christ to be with whomever reads this so that we shall all share in His Glory.
The Galkin Evangelistic team always inspire me with their music to God, so have a listen to their song on Faith. Thank you Lord for Music, and the Face of Jesus Christ which shines in our hearts.
With blessings
Graham
